Featured Project – Broken Arrow Liberty Elementary School

Liberty Elementary is a newly constructed elementary school located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The facility was planned, designed and constructed to incorporate technological tools which maximize safety, communications and education. Integration of user friendly operating systems promotes maximum efficiency and utilization.

Liberty is a prime example of systems integration at work. Through design and consulting, York Electronic Systems was able to balance facility and safety needs with aesthetic requirements. This combination provides both a safe and functional environment for students and teachers. The wide array of systems at Liberty includes Fire, Security, Intercom, Telephone, Network Distribution, Synchronized Clocks and Class Signaling Controls; Cable T.V and Media Distribution, Closed Circuit Television and Instructional Technologies utilizing the Dukane Smart System

York Electronic Systems received an Associated Builders and Contractors “Award of Excellence in Construction” in November 2004, for the work performed at the Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Liberty Elementary School project. This was the fifth award that York has received for Excellence in Construction.
